Skool has no built-in post scheduler. SchedPilot adds one: write your community posts ahead of time — title, text, category and images — and they go live in your Skool group at the time you pick.
A Skool community grows when the feed never goes quiet. SchedPilot lets you plan that feed in one sitting and keeps it posting on time, even on the weeks you’re busy.
Write now, publish later. Pick the date, time and timezone, and the post goes live in your Skool group on its own — no reminder, no copy-paste.
Every post carries its title, its body and the category it belongs in, so it lands exactly where it would if you had posted it by hand.
Attach images to a post and SchedPilot uploads them to Skool for you at publish time.
Schedule into your own community or any group where your account is allowed to post. Your groups and their categories load straight from Skool.
Connect more than one Skool login and pick which account posts where — handy for agencies and community managers.
Your Skool posts sit next to your Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok posts, so one plan covers every channel your audience is on.
Save a post as a draft, come back to polish it, then schedule it when it’s ready.
If Skool logs SchedPilot out, the account shows “Needs reconnect” before your next post is due — and a failed post always says why.
Stuck on an announcement? Draft titles, hooks and post ideas with AI, then edit them in your own voice.
Set it up once, then plan a week — or a month — of community posts in one sitting.
Install the free SchedPilot Chrome extension and connect it to your SchedPilot account with one click from the app.
Log in to skool.com in the same browser, then click “Connect Skool”. Your groups and their categories appear in SchedPilot.
Choose the group and category, add a title, your text and any images, and pick when it should go live.
At the time you chose, SchedPilot publishes the post in your Skool group and marks it posted in your calendar.
Skool doesn’t offer an official API or a way for apps to post for you. So every Skool scheduler, ours included, posts with your own Skool login session. Here is exactly how ours does it.
You never give SchedPilot your Skool password. The extension only reads the skool.com login session of your own browser: first when you click “Connect Skool”, then every 12 hours to keep it current while you stay connected.
The session is encrypted before it’s stored and used for one thing: publishing the Skool posts you schedule. The extension never reads cookies from any other site.
Skool’s platform policy says not to use bots to post and to refrain from automation requests, and lists account suspension as a possible penalty. Scheduled posting falls under that. Use it at your own risk, and disconnect whenever you like.
The members in your Skool group come from somewhere. Schedule the posts that bring them in — on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and more — from the same SchedPilot calendar.
Skool is great for running a community, but every post still has to be written and sent in the moment. Here’s what changes when you schedule.
