Skool Scheduler — for community owners & members

Schedule and automate Skool posts

Skool has no built-in post scheduler. SchedPilot adds one: write your community posts ahead of time — title, text, category and images — and they go live in your Skool group at the time you pick.

The Skool post scheduler, without the busywork

A Skool community grows when the feed never goes quiet. SchedPilot lets you plan that feed in one sitting and keeps it posting on time, even on the weeks you’re busy.

Schedule Skool Posts

Write now, publish later. Pick the date, time and timezone, and the post goes live in your Skool group on its own — no reminder, no copy-paste.

Title, Text & Category

Every post carries its title, its body and the category it belongs in, so it lands exactly where it would if you had posted it by hand.

Images Included

Attach images to a post and SchedPilot uploads them to Skool for you at publish time.

Any Group You Can Post In

Schedule into your own community or any group where your account is allowed to post. Your groups and their categories load straight from Skool.

Several Skool Accounts

Connect more than one Skool login and pick which account posts where — handy for agencies and community managers.

One Calendar for Everything

Your Skool posts sit next to your Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok posts, so one plan covers every channel your audience is on.

Drafts

Save a post as a draft, come back to polish it, then schedule it when it’s ready.

Clear Warnings

If Skool logs SchedPilot out, the account shows “Needs reconnect” before your next post is due — and a failed post always says why.

AI Writing Assistant

Stuck on an announcement? Draft titles, hooks and post ideas with AI, then edit them in your own voice.

How it works

How to schedule a post on Skool in four steps

Set it up once, then plan a week — or a month — of community posts in one sitting.

01

Add the extension

Install the free SchedPilot Chrome extension and connect it to your SchedPilot account with one click from the app.

02

Connect Skool

Log in to skool.com in the same browser, then click “Connect Skool”. Your groups and their categories appear in SchedPilot.

03

Write & schedule

Choose the group and category, add a title, your text and any images, and pick when it should go live.

04

It posts on time

At the time you chose, SchedPilot publishes the post in your Skool group and marks it posted in your calendar.

No surprises

How SchedPilot connects to Skool

Skool doesn’t offer an official API or a way for apps to post for you. So every Skool scheduler, ours included, posts with your own Skool login session. Here is exactly how ours does it.

Your browser
Logged in to skool.com as usual
SchedPilot extension
Sends your Skool session when you connect, then keeps it fresh
SchedPilot
Stores it encrypted and posts at your scheduled time

No password

You never give SchedPilot your Skool password. The extension only reads the skool.com login session of your own browser: first when you click “Connect Skool”, then every 12 hours to keep it current while you stay connected.

Encrypted & limited

The session is encrypted before it’s stored and used for one thing: publishing the Skool posts you schedule. The extension never reads cookies from any other site.

The honest caveat

Skool’s platform policy says not to use bots to post and to refrain from automation requests, and lists account suspension as a possible penalty. Scheduled posting falls under that. Use it at your own risk, and disconnect whenever you like.

More than Skool

Fill your community. Then promote it everywhere.

The members in your Skool group come from somewhere. Schedule the posts that bring them in — on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and more — from the same SchedPilot calendar.

Why SchedPilot

Scheduled vs. posting by hand in Skool

Skool is great for running a community, but every post still has to be written and sent in the moment. Here’s what changes when you schedule.

With SchedPilot You

  • A week of posts written in one sitting
  • Posts go live at the best time, even when you’re away
  • Title, category and images set ahead of time
  • Skool and your other channels on one calendar
  • A clear warning if Skool needs you to reconnect
  • Free trial, cancel anytime

Posting by hand

  • Full control of every post
  • You have to be online when each post should go out
  • Quiet weeks when you’re busy or travelling
  • No way to queue posts inside Skool
  • Skool planned separately from your other channels
  • Announcements land whenever you remember them
FAQs

Scheduling Skool posts: your questions answered

Quick answers to the most common questions about SchedPilot’s Skool scheduler.

Can you schedule posts on Skool?
Not inside Skool itself — Skool has no built-in way to queue a post for later. SchedPilot adds that: you write the post in SchedPilot, pick the group, category and time, and it’s published in your Skool group when the time comes.
How do I schedule a post on Skool with SchedPilot?
Install the SchedPilot Chrome extension, log in to skool.com in the same browser and click “Connect Skool”. Then open Create a Post → Skool Post in SchedPilot, choose the group and category, write the title and text, add images if you like, and pick the date and time.
How does SchedPilot connect to my Skool account?
Skool has no official API, so SchedPilot posts with your own Skool login session. When you click “Connect Skool”, the extension reads the skool.com session of your browser — nothing from any other site — and sends it to SchedPilot, where it is stored encrypted and used only to publish your scheduled posts. While you stay connected, it re-sends the session every 12 hours so it stays current. You never share your Skool password.
Is it safe? Does Skool allow it?
No, Skool doesn’t allow it. Its platform policy (updated October 2025) says “do not use bots or multiple accounts to post, comment, or message others” and asks members to refrain from automation requests; violations can lead to temporary or permanent account suspension. That applies to every Skool scheduler, not only ours. SchedPilot keeps your session encrypted, uses it only for the posts you schedule, and lets you disconnect at any moment, but it can’t remove that risk. Decide with that in mind.
What can a scheduled Skool post include?
A title (Skool requires one), the post text, the category it belongs in, and images. Polls, videos and comments aren’t supported yet.
Can I post in Skool groups I don’t own?
Yes — any group where your Skool account is allowed to post. Many groups only let members post after reaching a certain level, or keep some categories for admins; if Skool refuses a post, SchedPilot marks it failed and tells you why.
Does my computer need to be on when the post goes out?
No. SchedPilot publishes the post at the scheduled time on its own. Just stay logged in to skool.com in the browser where you connected; if Skool ever ends that session, the account shows “Needs reconnect” and you reconnect from the extension in one click.
Can I manage several Skool accounts?
Yes. Connect as many Skool logins as your plan allows and choose which account posts into which group — useful for agencies and community managers running several communities.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — start with a free trial and explore everything, then pick a plan. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract. See the pricing page for current plans.
